Priorities change, values don’t. At M. Industrial Mechanical safety is a value. Our number one Value is to make sure that each and everyone of our employees go home to there families and loved ones injury free. There is no job or any amount of money that can justify putting one of our employees in harms way. Even the smallest injury can cause discomfort to an employee and result in disruption to the work process. As an employer focused on safety, we recognize our responsibility to provide our clients with a safe, efficient and well trained work force.

M. Industrial mechanical Inc employs 2 full time safety professionals and when necessary, has a reserve of contract safety professionals that are excellent safety professionals. In addition our management staff has completed the OSHA 30 hour training provided by our in-house certified trainer.

All of our employees receive a mandatory safety orientation that includes but is not limited too.
