MIM consists of a management and project team, which, combined, have over 300 years of direct hands-on experience in projects and maintenance repairs, engineered designs, supervision and project management.

The MIM Mechanical Division engineer, designs, fabricates and erects all types of structures specializing in the one of a kind type of projects. We also specialize in heavy rigging and lifting with highly qualified engineers designing and developing lift plans from conception to completion. Our emphasis is always focused on quality work, expeditious service and absolute safety on each job.

The MIM Masonry Division designs, installs and repairs high temperature refractory and corrosion resistant linings. Our emphasis is on quality work, expeditious service and absolute safety on each job. All MIM refractory supervision down to the foreman has been or will be qualified for API 936 Refractory specifications.

Our extensive safety program is the best in our industry, including physical exams, drug screening, complete background checks and employee training in safety skills, CPR, OSHA 10 Hour and first aid. Because safety considerations are a must in the construction industry, this program is the most important part of our services. In other words, we provide quality service in a safe and timely manner.

In order to be immediately available to our customers for service and design work we are just hours away from any emergency repair, 24 hours every day.
