During the pre project planning MIM will work with customers or independently to develop the best plan and cost to ensure a successful project for our customers as well as everyone involved.  Our pre project evaluation includes the following:

• Free budget analysis packages for small to medium sized projects including an easy understanding of cost breakdowns.  During all projects costs are updated and reported to our customers on a daily basis enabling all parties to remain abreast of all cost over-runs and under-runs.
  
  
• Complete schedules with manpower loading using most of the industry standard scheduling programs to allow easy and simple integration into the customers or other contractor’s schedules.  During the project all schedules are updated daily if required to provide the latest information possible to our customers to enable cost efficient and on time project success.
  
  
• MIM will provide Load calculations, lifting plans, material evaluation and heat transfer analysis as well as many added services at no cost to the customer to assure that the latest technology is installed and used for long term and successful installations without material failures.
  
  
• MIM will provide design & engineering when needed using the latest technology including in-house and outsourced resources to provide the best possible design.
  
  
• MIM masonry group employs a comprehensive and diversified group of managers, installation Supervisors and crafts to assure that our customer gets the quality and installation expected without injury and within the timeframe. MIM will remain diligent to maintain Constant diversification and technological advancement and improvement for our construction team to become a world class service provider throughout the industries we serve.
  
  
• During large projects MIM maintains complete as built drawings throughout project execution. At completion of a job we have the changes incorporated into the existing drawings and have the ability and resources to provide new drawings including vellums for our client files. We can provide our customers with the drawings digitally in the format requested allowing the customer the ability to update drawings easily when required.
